With our dedicated team of experts, clients can rely on us for ongoing Support and prompt response in critical Situations.

Annual Maintenance Contracts Services :

We have dedicated team of Fire Annual Maintenance Contract engineers to Manage and Maintain Critical Systems of Fire & Security Systems.
All Annual Maintenance Contract qualified Service engineers have hands-on training from all the Principals. Annual Maintenance Contract Service engineers are a part of Commissioning team to ensure minimal Downtime of the Systems.

A. Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract :

A Comprehensive Fire & Life Safety Training Program to create awareness and equip individuals to think and act effectively during emergencies.
Design of Fire Systems, Seismic Supports in line with NBC, NFPA and FM Global Standards.
Hydraulic Flow calculations of various Fire Systems using appropriate software as per NFPA or OEM guidelines. This is a Annual Service Contract with Client. Once the Client enters into this Annual Maintenance Contract, our team of trained engineers and technicians will visit the site and carry out Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) which is ideally done once in 3 months.
This is a proactive Services which means that these Services are planned in advance in coordination with the clients and the calendar of our visits are shared for site clearances, etc.
Apart from the regular Services visits, even the complaints are attended to without an additional cost.
However, the spare parts and consumables are chargeable at prevailing prices.
We also provide Manning Services. Engineers/Technicians will be deployed at your facility to Monitor, Maintain and Manage your Systems. This frees up your manpower resources and ensures more efficient Systems Management. Breakdowns, if any, can be identified and resolved proactively.
This, in turn, enables you to respond faster and more efficiently to Emergencies and Minimize losses to people and property.

B. Comprehensive – Annual Maintenance Contract :

Once the client enters into this Annual Maintenance Contract, our team of trained engineers and technicians will visit the site and carry out Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) which is ideally done once in 3 months.
This is a proactive Services which means that these Services are planned in advance in coordination with the clients and the calendar of our visits are shared for site clearances etc.
Under this Annual Maintenance Contract the Spare parts are also covered but the Consumables are chargeable at prevailing prices.

Fire & Life Safety Gap Analysis / Audit :

Adherence to the National Building Code (NBC) and all applicable codes and standards.
Detailed recommendations with clear action are required.
Detailed study of Existing Systems and practices to Analyse the GAP. Analyse the identified gaps with respect to the compliance that can be mitigated (Must to have) and also those which cannot be mitigated then clearly state the risks if not mitigated.
This involves Review and Analysis of existing designs and drawings in line with local/international Codes and Standards. Review of Systems and practices meeting statutory or insurance bodies’ compliance requirements.

Fire Safety Awareness Training :

A Comprehensive Fire & Life Safety Training Program to create awareness and equip individuals to think and act effectively during emergencies.

Testing and Commissioning Audits of various Fire Systems:

The Fire Systems installed by contractors are usually not witnessed for performance checks and hence either under-utilized by owners or not 100% in performance. The rigorous Commissioning audit done by our expert engineers at the time of handing over of Systems, benefits operator to understand the Systems better and get the right value of the investment on Systems purchase for the intended purpose.
